What is your guarantee?

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed on all West Point Products’ premium replacement imaging supplies. Quality is ensured from start to finish so that our customers can buy from us with confidence; this is a responsibility that we take very seriously. Our products are engineered to make certain that customers receive a premium product that is of equal or better quality than the original cartridge. This objective is achieved through Quality Policies, Quality Processes, and most importantly, Quality People.
All toners are manufactured in our US and Canada, ISO and STMC certified facilities.

What if we have a problem with a cartridge?

We have a less then 1% failure rate on our cartridges so we don't experience many problems. That said, in the case that you do please forward a copy of your original order confirmation to rma@galen-group.com and we'll send you a new cartridge and a shipper to return the problem cartridge for testing. If you can't find your order confirmation email you can simply email us your order number with a description. You can find your order number by signing into your My Account page where you can see Recent Orders.
What if I can find the cartridges online for cheaper...will you price match?
- The short answer is that we don't price match. The reason we don't is that our cartridges are OEM quality cartridges which are completely remanufactured with quality ink to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction. Our goal is not to compete with cheap refill-only cartridges but to provide a lower cost OEM quality cartridge.
The cartridge for my inkjet printer is more expensive then what I can buy it from right off the manufactures website...why is this?
- Because our cartridges are remanufactured with high quality inks in the US and Canada we sometimes have higher costs to produce the small inkjet cartrdiges then the original manufactures do. This is not the case for laser cartridges, only inkjets. We hope you'll still order from us as our cartridges help reduce impact on the environment, are produced in the US and Canada helping keep jobs local and in many cases support your local charities and nonprofit organizations.
How long will the cartridges take to get to me?

Generally speaking our cartridges arrive in 1-3 business days. We have 7 warehouses throughout the US to ensure low shipping times. Some of our ink-jet cartridges only ship from our Pittsburgh warehouse and may have up to 5 business day shipping times. We recommend our client keep an extra cartridge on hand and when they use that cartridge they immediately order another to avoid any toner outage times.
