Shipping & Delivery

Generally speaking our cartridges arrive in 1-3 business days.  We have 7 warehouses throughout the US to ensure low shipping times.  Some of our ink-jet cartridges only ship from our Pittsburgh warehouse and may have up to 5 business day shipping times.   We recommend our client keep an extra cartridge on hand and when they use that cartridge they immediately order another to avoid any toner outage times.

Returns & Replacements

- PLEASE check your order as soon as it arrives to ensure you 1. received the cartridge you ordered 2. received the correct quantity and 3. the cartridges match your printer.

- If we made the mistake we'll correct it…no cost.  

- If you ordered the wrong cartridge: Unopened cartridges boxes can be returned within 15 business days of order.  No return on open cartridge boxes, even if the cartridge wasn't removed from the packing.

- To process a return or replacement simply forward your original order confirmation email to rma@galen-group.com with a brief description of the problem and we'll process your replacement.  If you can't find your order confirmation email you can simply email us your order number with a description.  You can find your order number by signing into your My Account pagen where you can see Recent Orders.
